Placing an order
These terms apply when you place an order for a TAILWIND propulsion system through our website.
What placing an order means
Placing an order tells us you want to buy a TAILWIND propulsion system. No payment is due when you order, and the order is not binding on either party until it has been confirmed and signed, as described below.
Background check and NDA
Before we can confirm your order, we carry out a background check, including export control and sanctions checks. If we don't already have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with you, we will send you one. It must be signed before we can share the technical information that goes with your order.
Order confirmation
We aim to send your order confirmation within 2 business days of completing the background check and receiving your signed NDA. If we need more information, we will contact you.
Price and delivery date
For a standard configuration, the price and delivery date stated in your order confirmation are held for 30 days from the date we send it. If you need more time, ask us and we will do our best to extend it. For a modified configuration, we send you a quote instead, and its validity is stated in the quote.
When your order becomes binding
Your order becomes binding when both you and North Propulsion have signed the order confirmation. Our terms of sale then apply.
Withdrawing your order
You can withdraw your order at any time before signing, at no cost. Just tell us at sales@northpropulsion.com.
Our right to decline
We may decline an order, for example for export control or sanctions reasons, or if we cannot meet the requested delivery date. Placing an order does not oblige us to sell.
Prices
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
Your data
We use the details you submit to handle your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you placed your order applies to it.
