The propulsion systems runs on a bi-propellant mixture of nitrous oxide and ethane. The system impulse provides 165 m/s of dV for a 150 kg microsatellite, which accounts for manoeuvres for deployment, altitude keeping, collision avoidance and end-of-life deorbiting.
Each corner has a pair of thrusters to ensure single point failure tolerance. The thrusters are steady state capable and the heat path is directed into the propellant tanks to minimise satellite temperature changes.
